lifeops-agent is a personal, single-user application. Its only user is its author and owner. It is not offered to anyone else, has no sign-up, and collects no data from any third party.
With the owner's explicit Google consent, and only for the owner's own account, it requests two read-only scopes:
calendar.readonly โ upcoming event times, titles and locationsgmail.readonly โ sender, subject and preview text of recent messagesBoth are read-only. The application holds no permission to send, modify or delete anything, and contains no code that attempts to.
Calendar and mail summaries are shown only to the owner, in reply to the owner's own messages. Nothing is sold, shared, published, or used for advertising, profiling, or training any model.
Calendar and mail content is processed only by a language model running on hardware on the owner's home network. If that machine is unavailable, the features that read Google data are disabled rather than sending that data anywhere else. Google credentials are stored encrypted in the owner's own AWS account.
No calendar or mail content is written to durable storage. Recent conversation text is kept on the owner's own server so replies have context, is capped in size, and ages out automatically.
The owner can revoke this application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately and permanently ends its ability to read anything.
The owner and operator can be reached at the support address listed on the Google consent screen.
